摘要: An electrochemical method suitable for the simultaneous measurement of cerebral glucose, lactate, L-glutamate and hypoxanthine concentrations from in vivo microdialysis sampling has been successfully performed first time using a neutral red-doped silica (NRDS) nanoparticle-derived enzyme sensor system. These uniform NRDS nanoparticles (about 50±3 nm) were prepared by water-in-oil (W/O) microemulsion method, characterized TEM technique. The interior maintained its high electron-activity, while exterior nano-silica surface prevented mediator leaching out into aqueous solution, showed biocompability. then mixing with glucose oxidase (GOD), lactate (LOD), (L-GLOD) or xanthine (XOD), immobilized on four glassy carbon electrodes, respectively. A thin Nafion film was coated layer to prevent interference molecules such as ascorbic acid uric dialysate. sensitivity modified electrode system enables monitoring trace levels L-glutamate, diluted dialysate samples rat striatum.
