摘要: Engineering of large vascularized adipose tissue constructs is still a challenge for the treatment extensive high-graded burns or replacement after tumor removal. Communication between mature adipocytes and endothelial cells important homeostasis maintenance mass but, to date, mainly neglected in engineering strategies. Thus, new co-culture strategies are needed integrate successfully into functional construct. This review focuses on cross-talk considers their influence fatty acid metabolism vascular tone. In addition, properties challenges with regard these two cell types highlighted.
