摘要: The reconstruction of complex tissue defects in the lumbar and gluteal areas is a surgical challenge. use freestyle perforator-based flaps has gained popularity these due to several advantages: versatility, minimal donor-site morbidity, tension-free closure. present study reports outcome using dual coverage with gluteus maximus rotation flap as deep layer propeller superficial layer. Methods A retrospective analysis 18 patients who had wounds was conducted. Different were used superior artery perforator (SGAP), inferior (IGAP), posterior thigh (PTP). Results included 15 men 3 women. mean age 26.3 years. causes were: pressure ulcers 14 post-traumatic 4 patients. total 28 used: 11 1 flap, 2 flaps, flaps. postoperative follow-up 12.2 months. complications registered medical records venous congestion patients, partial necrosis wound dehiscence patient. Conclusions combined muscle solution that provides well-padding over bony prominence low complication rate. However, long-term needed verify results.
