摘要: Japanese cultivated gentians (Gentiana triflora, G. scabra and their hybrids) are economically important floricultural plants use is growing annually worldwide. We isolated 48 simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers using a SSR-enriched genomic library constructed from gentian double haploid (DH) line. demonstrated the utility of these SSR as molecular tool for identification vegetative-propagated cultivars that difficult to distinguish morphology. Five loci showed high genetic polymorphism among 12 cultivars, ranging five eight alleles per locus, with expected heterozygosity between 0.656 0.826, enabled precise cultivars. It was confirmed were suitable estimate similarity also applicable ten related Gentiana species. This first report development comprehensive set in facilitate analyses Gentiana, including species economic importance.
