摘要: OBJECTIVE. The purpose of the study was to evaluate practical experience with interventional MR imaging in a closed-bore 1.5-T system. A total 361 MR-guided biopsies were performed 250 patients and analyzed retrospectively. technique comprised four steps: localization; planning; action (cutting or aspiration biopsy, instillation therapeutic agent), verification two perpendicular planes; obtaining control scans.CONCLUSION. mean duration biopsy 21 min; there no major complications. Image contrast, signal, matrix options, visibility needle track tip position permitted uncomplicated orientation. could be applied any puncture setting.
