摘要: Several methods were investigated to improve the depiction of biopsy needles in radiofrequency (RF)-refocused magnetic resonance imaging. Distortion correction is performed by use view angle tilting (VAT): a gradient employed on slice-select axis during readout. Needle conspicuity increased offsetting echo from spin and inverting 90° RF pulse gradient. VAT effectively re-registers in-plane shifts. Since this method changes projection through slice, some structures appear blurred, while other sharper. does not correct errors slice selection. Offsetting increases needle but can result shift apparent location needle. Inverting with no location. These provide an easy interactive means manipulate artifacts should be used cautiously.J. Magn.
