摘要: Multifunctional, polyionic copolymers are synthesized on/or applied to substrate surfaces for analytical and sensing purposes, the coatings being particularly useful suppression of non-specific interaction, adsorption or attachment. Groups can be coupled to, integrated into absorbed multifunctional polymer that able recognize, interact with bind specifically target analyte molecules. These materials also used modulate biological interactions upon use as selective implant resist cell attachment may optionally promote specific types induce a particular cellular behaviour. The typically include brush based on polycationic polyanionic backbone side chains control interaction environment, such poly(ethylene glycol) oxide)-based decrease adhesion, analyte-specific chains.
