Nickel concentration of blood and urine after oral administration.

摘要: Nickel concentration in serum and whole blood as well nickel excretion urine was assayed at different time intervals before after ingestion of sulfate eight healthy volunteers during a three days study. The peak level reached 2.5 hours the maximal urinary first ingestion. Great individual variations concentrations were observed. Analysis both reflects soluble salt, but seems to be most reliable follow.
