摘要: We present a detection module based on linear array of Single-Photon Avalanche Diodes (SPAD) made in standard CMOS technology. The monolithic chip is employed both to count photons at very high frame-rate (up 4,000,000 frames/s, with 250 ns time tagging resolution) and mark photon arrival 50 ps timing precision. device ideal for applications involving weak optical signals the visible (350 – 800 nm) spectrum requiring either high-speed imaging (photon counting), as fluorescence correlation spectroscopy confocal microscopy, or precise timing) individual photons, lifetime biological samples, imaging, spectrophotometry, Time-of-Flight (ToF) ranging applications.
