摘要: Viroporins are small and hydrophobic viral proteins that form pores on host cell membranes, their expression can increase the permeability of cellular membranes production progeny virus particles. JC (JCV) is causative agent progressive multifocal leukoenchephalopathy (PML). We demonstrate JCV Agno, which protein, andincreases plasma membrane virion release, acts as a viroporin. also an interaction Agno with protein regulates viroporin activity Agno. These findings indicate new paradigm in virus-host interactions regulating replication.
