Toxicity, inheritance and biochemistry of clofentezine resistance in Tetranychus urticae

摘要: This study evaluates the toxicological and biochemical response of two-spotted spider mites to clofentezine selection pressure. The mortality rate Tetranychus urticae in adult females depends on increased concentration was found be effective against females. resistance CUM strain selected 12 times once per generation with from 1.28- 105.27-fold. interaction some synergists analyzed clofentezine-resistant CLOF strain. Synergists had no effect toxicity. showed chlorpyrifos, abamectin, propargite, fenpyroximate amitraz. modes inheritance were incompletely dominant not sex-linked. Esterase enzyme activity detected both by gel electrophoresis microplate reader methods, while glutathione S-transferase (GST) monooxygenase (P450) only method. During period esterase, GST P450 enzymes activities raised 7.69, 7.09 0.003 3 18.40, 13.11 0.003 7 milli-optical density/min/mg proteins, respectively. An increase observed band intensity esterases esterase may play a role T. urticae.
