摘要: Summary In this study, the resistance levels of Tetranychus urticae Koch (Acari:Tetranychidae) populations collected from greenhouses in central district province Isparta, Deregumu village, 2014 against abamectin, spiromesifen and hexythiazox were determined by bioassay biochemical methods. LC50 values T. found through leaf disk method using spray tower. The was as between 8.36-25.26 folds abamectine, 8.16-22.82 8.8511.76 hexythiazox. Enzymes glutathione S-transferase (GST) monooxygenase (P450) popluations kinetic method; enzyme esterase electrophoresis esterase, (GST), monooxygenases 10.80-22.60, 2.56-2.78 0.0020-0.0040 mOD min -1 mg protein, respectively. As a result, it concluded that P450 enzymes can be effective, but GST is not effective development three acaricides tomato greenhouses.
