摘要: Amplification of the N- myc oncogene is detected in about 30% untreated neuroblastomas. associated with advanced stages disease and rapid tumor progression. However, it was not known if copy number homogeneous tissue an individual patient, or changed time vivo . Therefore, we have made 66 observations on multiple simultaneous consecutive samples from 60 patients neuroblastoma.
