摘要: Reports focusing on the immunological microenvironment of peripheral T-cell lymphomas (PTCL) are rare. Here we studied reciprocal contribution regulatory (Treg) and interleukin-17-producing (Th17) T-cells to composition lymphoma-associated angioimmunoblastic lymphoma (AITL) PTCL not otherwise specified tissue microarrays from 30 PTCLs 37 AITLs. We found that Th17 but Treg cells were differently represented in two correlated with amount mast (MCs) granulocytes, which preferentially occurred cellular milieu AITL cases. observed MCs directly synthesized interleukin-6 thus contribute establishment a pro-inflammatory, permissive environment AITL. further hypothesized clone itself could be responsible for preferential accumulation at sites infiltration through synthesis CXCL-13 its interaction CXCR3 CXCR5 receptors expressed MCs. Consistent this hypothesis, efficiently migrating response CXCL-13. On these bases, conclude have role molding toward maintenance pro-inflammatory conditions prone generation autoimmunity.
