摘要: Debates about disability within geography, as well in studies more generally, have been largely urban, Anglophone and Western-centric. Not only industrialised societies remained the predominant focus of attention, but debates themselves are rooted an often unacknowledged Western context. In light this, this article aims to bring together development, which until relatively recently tended be mutually exclusive, provides a critical review recent issues developing countries. By doing so, it furthers significance geography studies, challenges Western-centric models extends understanding shifting complex landscapes
