摘要: From 1978 on wards, China has experienced a radical transition from centrally-controlled planned economy to market economy. At the same time, Chinese is developing at high speed. This dynamic situation poses numerous opportunities and challenges people with disabilities in China. The research finds that, help of government's employment policies, disabled two cities have benefited both reforms speed economic growth. government did not simply throw away previous institutional arrangements withdraw its responsibility for supporting disabilities.
