摘要: Bei der akuten myeloischen Leukamie (AML) spielen genetische Veranderungen mittlerweile eine zentrale Rolle in diagnostischen Kategorisierung entsprechend aktuellen Klassifikation World Health Organization. Sie sind daruber hinaus die entscheidenden prognostischen Faktoren fur Vorhersage des Ansprechens auf intensive Induktionschemotherapie und das rezidivfreie Uberleben sowie Gesamtuberleben. Die grose Bedeutung zytogenetischen molekulargenetischen Pathogenese AML spiegeln sich zunehmend individualisierten Therapiestrategien einzelne Patienten wider. Das molekulare Profil Erkrankung ist unverzichtbar Auswahl besten Therapiestrategie.
