摘要: Enzyme therapy is an effective strategy to treat diseases. Three strategies were pursued provide the favorable microenvironments for uricase (UCU) eventually improve its features: using right type of buffer constitute liquid media where catalyze reactions take place; entrapping UCU inside selectively permeable lipid vesicle membranes; and catalase together with membranes. The nanosized alkaline enzymosomes containing UCU/(UCU catalase) (ESU/ESUC) in bicine had better thermal, hypothermal, acid-base proteolytic stabilities, vitro vivo kinetic characteristics, uric acid lowering effects. conducive establishment superior properties. It was first time that two therapeutic enzymes simultaneously entrapped into one enzymosome having achieve added treatment efficacy. development ESU/ESUC provides valuable tactics hypouricemic enzymosomal application.
