In vitro organ culture of embryonic bursa of Fabricius.

摘要: Abstract An in vitro method for organ culture of embryonic bursa Fabricius is presented. It shown that cells proliferate as evidenced by [3H]-thymidine incorporation. We assessed the expression B-cell alloantigen (Bu-la and Bu-lb), class I (B-F) II (B-L) antigens chicken major histocompatibility complex (MHC), surface immunoglobulin (sIg) on cultured using specific monoclonal antibodies (mAb). Cells from 13-day 14-day bursae incubated 1 to 2 weeks developed characteristic patterns phenotype observed adult except B-F antigen, whose was much lower than vivo. These results indicate maturation follows vivo development, MHC antigens. Furthermore, we demonstrate repopulation cyclophosphamide(cy)-treated chickens Bu-1 antigen disparate normal bursae.
