摘要: Background Inflammatory bowel diseases (IBDs) are commonly diagnosed during the reproductive years. IBD first manifested pregnancy (pregnancy-onset [POIBD]) is still an undescribed entity. The aim of study was to evaluate characteristics and maternal neonatal outcomes patients with POIBD. Methods Data all pregnant women within a single multidisciplinary referral clinic, IBD-MOM, between 2011-2016, were analyzed. Maternal compared POIBD group those before (non-POIBD). Results We identified 237 women, 31 (15%) from 206 (85%) non-POIBD group.
