摘要: Pregnancy represents a unique immune tolerant condition that cannot be attributed merely to generalized immunosuppression. A variety of mechanisms have been described, ranging from the non-self recognition, immunomodulation specific inflammatory cell populations and Th2-directed shift response, which are mediated by both localized systemic mediators. Furthermore, an response directed toward conceptus is no longer considered obligatory deleterious response; instead, it important factor necessary for normal growth development. These immunomodulatory changes during pregnancy may also affect concurrent conditions alter course diseases. Herein, we review main occur their effect on coexisting conditions, with focus gastrointestinal disorders.
