摘要: Benign lipomas and well-differentiated liposarcomas share many histological molecular features. Due to their similarities, patients with these lipomatous tumors are misdiagnosed up 40% of the time following radiological detection, 17% examination, in as 15% cases fluorescent situ hybridization for chromosomal anomalies. Incorrect classification two tumor types leads increased costs patient delayed accurate diagnoses. In this study, we used genomics analysis identify several genes whose mRNA expression patterns were significantly altered between liposarcomas. We confirmed our findings at protein level using a panel 30 human tumors, revealing that C4BPB, class II, major histocompatibility complex, CIITA, EPHB2, HOXB7, GLS2, RBBP5, regulator RGS2 levels compared lipomas. developed multi-protein model markers increase discriminatory ability, finding combined CIITA provided high ability (AUC=0.93) differentiate sensitivity 83.3% specificity 90.9%.
