摘要: The design of fully-glazed facades on buildings has become very popular, especially in hot regions where the use natural ventilation is not recommended. integration shading devices to facade surfaces been extensively studied mitigate resulting increase cooling load due larger glazed areas. In this paper, effect double and triple-glazed oriented south direction with different types analyzed experimentally-quantified over period Qatar. combinations have chosen according actual construction practices country. It was found that adding panes more beneficial than country's large portion convective heat gain space total load. On other hand, benefits blinds lie reducing transmitted radiation energy minimal transfer across facade.
