摘要: The localization of the extracellular matrix components laminin, fibronectin and type IV collagen in enteric nervous system surrounding smooth muscle was investigated by immunohistochemical methods, using tissue sections rat guinea pig large intestine. None these molecules were detectable inside ganglia. In contrast, they easily demonstrable association with basement membrane satellite cells within sensory sympathetic All were, however, present or nearby that surrounds each ganglion. This agrees previous ultrastructural observations that, small mammals, neither membranes nor connective spaces are found under study also detected make up layer gut wall. Fibronectin frequently observed as a broad staining pattern suggesting its lamina reticularis rather than densa. addition, nidogen heparan sulphate proteoglycan demonstrated both ganglia Schwann cells.
