摘要: Background Enteric cells, a mixture of cells isolated from the longitudinal and circular muscle gut, may contain neural crest stem (NCSCs) therefore be potential source to regenerate enteric nervous system. Materials Methods Benzylalkonium chloride (BAC) was employed ablate myenteric submucosal plexi rodent jejunum. were then injected into this BAC-treated segment jejunum either with or without basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) mixed in collagen. Results Expression peripherin, S100, synaptophysin found all cell injection sites. Peripherin S100 expression appeared close proximity ganglion-like structures when bFGF simultaneously cells. Synapses that formed presence elongated compared those absence exogenously delivered bFGF. A small percentage expressed peripherin site after transplantation. Conclusions transplanted collagen an aganglionic regenerated hold as cellular therapeutic for various motility disorders gastrointestinal tract.
