摘要: The benefits of reducing the tip clearance have been receiving many scholars’ attention all time, which bring turbine efficiency increasing, emissions reduction, payloads and mission range abilities extension. In order to gain blade dynamically, a prototype optical fiber measurement system was built tested based on rotor test rig. consists reflective intensity-modulated bundle (sensor), main signal processing unit, high-speed data acquisition card, computer. static performance dynamic experiments were conducted verify we designed. addition, results show that accuracy is 25 μm or better; stability evaluated in room temperature. about 5 mm, sensitivity sensor 0.0733/mm. Furthermore, typical experiment has good response characteristics as well. will provide new tool for engine health monitoring fast active control.
