This article presents a dialogical approach to designing, an goes beyond supporting "others" with whom designers involved empathically. Nothing is stated against these important initiatives; our contribution intends only highlight practice SRD focuses on designer's responsibility towards his/her own local context. It means using their skills develop solutions improve both conditions those who live in same perspective may enrich theory SRD, specifically considering difference between empathy inclusion as defined by Martin Buber.Designers called upon be answering others' needs (Papanek, 1985; Margolin & Margolin, 2002). The focus placed processes other people's life circumstances hence, for example, health (obesity, diabetes), or living (marginalized underserved populations).
