摘要: Abstract Short and thick fibers were observed on the outer surface of yeast phase Paracoccidioides brasiliensis, long thin seen inner surface. The disappear with chitinase treatment are composed chitin. short under alkali α-glucan. Comparisons α-(1 → 3)-glucan isolated from Aspergillus niger Polyporus betulinus chitin fungal origin support our point view.
