摘要: DIVEIN is a web interface that performs automated phylogenetic and other analyses of nucleotide amino acid sequences. Starting with set aligned sequences, estimates evolutionary parameters trees while allowing the user to choose from variety models; it then reconstructs consensus (CON), most recent common ancestor (MRCA), center tree (COT) also provides tools for further analyses, including condensing sequence alignments show only informative sites or private mutations; computing pairwise divergence any user-specified (CON, MRCA, COT, existing alignment); outputting all genetic distances in column format; calculating summary statistics diversity distances; graphically representing inferred plots divergence, diversity, distance distribution histograms. available at http://indra.mullins.microbiol.washington.edu/DIVEIN.
