摘要: Normal chicken embryo fibroblasts contain a gene, c-src, which is homologous to the avian sarcoma virus transforming src1. Both genes code for 60,000-molecular weight (Mr) protein phosphorylated at serine and tyrosine residues2–11 has unusual function of phosphorylating residues10,11. We report here that both normal human A431 epidermoid carcinoma cells two forms cell pp60c-Src were resolved electrophoretically using 10% polyacrylamide gel. The 60,000-Mr form primarily tyrosine, while 59,000-Mr serine. 35S-methionine chymotryptic maps show are clearly related, although several significant differences observed.
