摘要: Abstract Aims Aberrant expressions of KL-6 mucin were proved to be associated with worse tumor behaviors many carcinomas. This study was evaluate the expression mucin, a human MUC1 in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (CC) and its significance progression. Main methods 21 patients CC, 12 combined hepatocellular (cHCC-CC), 78 carcinoma (HCC) detected by immunohistochemical staining. The effects two glycosylation inhibitors (tunicamycin benzyl-alpha-N-acetylgalactosamine (BAG)) on CC cell proliferations assessed 3-[4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenyl-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assays. immunocytochemical staining western blotting after tunicamycin or BAG treatment. Cell adhesive invasive properties evaluated adhesion tests transwell chamber assays Key findings Positive observed all tissues areas cHCC-CC tissues.
