摘要: Protein concentrates and protein isolates, in addition to processes for the production of are disclosed. In particular, disclosure relates a process removing fiber from an oilseed meal, comprising: i) mixing meal with blending solvent, optionally water, saline solution, polysaccharide solution or containing form mixture; ii) adjusting pH slurry about 2 10; iii) separating mixture comprising soluble insoluble proteins fraction.
