摘要: Abstract Coprecipitation using a supercritical antisolvent technique seems to be promising way for the elaboration of controlled herbicide delivery system since it allows preparation (diuron) loaded in amorphous microparticles biodegradable polymer ( l -polylactic acid, -PLA). was successfully realized methylene chloride. The concentrations two components had major influence upon morphology and shape final product. Spherical particles -PLA entrapping diuron were obtained provided that initial did not exceed, respectively 3 wt.% 0.1 chloride at 10 MPa 308 K. A parallel study precipitation by SAS process showed formation long needle-like crystals with mean length 500 μm. time being very short during process, growth rates observed are 10 000 times higher than aqueous solution.
