摘要: LNX (Ligand of Numb-protein X) was originally isolated as a binding partner to the cell-fate Determinant Numb during development, and then identified act RING finger-type E3 ubiquitin ligase for ubiquitylation degradation Numb. contains 4 PDZ domains which are proved play central role in organizing diverse cell signaling assemblies. A yeast two-hybrid screening used identify potential RhoC. RhoC, member Ras family small GTPases, promotes reorganization actin cytoskeleton regulation shape, attachment, motility. The interaction between RhoC mammalian cells by co-immunoprecipitation assays, efficient required first domain LNX. were further colocalized with each other cells, changed its sublocalization from cytoplasm nucleus when co-transferred Furthermore, co-expression reduced transcriptional activity AP-1, up-regulated over-expression alone. These results suggest that might be part larger protein complex would have important functions transduction about regulating activities AP-1.
