Self-consistent model of non-equilibrium spherical microwave discharge

摘要: A self-consistent model of a non-equilibrium spherical microwave discharge is presented. We use two-temperature plasma model. Numerical experiments are carried out for the in argon at atmospheric pressure. Results presented characteristics against external parameters (the power and frequency applied electromagnetic field size chamber).
