摘要: A stationary discharge in the form of a filament about 1 mm diameter is produced quartz tube 16 passed through wider wall standard waveguide and field with argon at pressure 300 Hg microwave power 50 W on frequency 7 GHz. The number filaments increases gradually from one to seven as are increased. parallel oriented along electric wave. They arranged symmetrically relative equatorial plane tube. distance between decreases their increases. arising due ionization-overheating instability may be explained qualitatively using interference-equilibrium model assuming that organized such provide for maximal absorption.
