摘要: Background and Aim Although the influence of cigarette smoking on incident risk liver cancer has been determined, association between mortality remains uncertain. Methods We searched Pubmed, EmBase, Web Science databases to obtain eligible studies. Hazard ratio (HR) value 95% confidential intervals (CI) were pooled by using a random-effects model, dose–response analyses conducted quantify associations from cancer. Results A total 27 articles involving four million participants seven countries retrieval (published 1986–2014) finally included. Pooled HR values for was 1.45 (95% CI: 1.33–1.59), 1.22 1.11–1.34) 1.16 1.01–1.32) current, former, ever smokers, respectively, when compared with nonsmokers. The increased 7.1% 1.4–13.2) per additional 10 cigarettes day 5.2% 0.02–11.2) pack-years. In our population recruiting 597 patients cancer, status further identified as significant determinant factor tumor size serum level gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase, but not prognostic factor. Conclusions Cigarette smoking, especially current significantly cancer.
