摘要: The conditioning regimens for autologous SCT (auto-SCT) lead to impairment of the immune system and concomitant increase in susceptibility infections. We studied recovery cellular immunity by vitro analysis T-cell proliferation cytokine production profiles during first 15 months after auto-SCT patients with multiple myeloma non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. PBMC were collected at 6, 9 transplantation stimulated a combination CD2 CD28 monoclonal antibodies, PHA or tetanus toxoid as recall antigen.
