摘要: Resume Les meta-analyses portant sur le traitement en oncologie thoracique (cancers bronchiques non a petites cellules, cancers mesotheliome) ont ete revues, qu’elles soient isolees, basees les donnees individuelles des essais cliniques ou realisees dans contexte d’une revue systematique dela litterature. Leurs resultats permis d’ameliorer nos pratiques, notamment validant la radiochimiotherapie pour formes limitees resecables et chimiotherapie adjuvante cellules identifiant medicaments plus actifs. Il faut cependant connaitre limites de cette methodologie eviter attitudes inadequates.
