摘要: The present disclosure relates to the finding that microRNA-146 plays a role in modulating development and function of immune system. Immune cell can be modulated by delivery (miR-146) or antisense miR-146 target cells precursor cells. For example, some embodiments, activity and/or proliferation certain is regulated administering oligonucleotides anti-miR-146 oligonucleotides. In other pro-inflammatory cytokine expression oligonucleotide anti-miR-146. further methods regulating macrophage using are provided. Additional compositions for system disclosed.
