摘要: Biomass cogeneration plants differ in terms of installed capacities, technological solutions, operational efficiency and other essential aspects. The use wood-chips at (CHP) brings up a range issues that have to be solved simultaneously, not only when owners select the electrical heat capacity, but also during plant operation, order secure maximum energy loading. Two radically contradictory solutions are possible choosing capacity CHP plants: compliance with base load heating system, ensuring operation for 4000 – 8000 hours/ year optimum system whole year, providing consumers until moment consumption starts decreasing. A methodology has been developed enable comparison various alternative purpose analysing primary resources. multi-criteria based analysis used implement rating biomass plants. was verified analyse development options district Jelgava city supply system. three performed. Results show highest is large partly condensing regime than small scale hot water load.
