摘要: We present an illustrative visualization system for real-time and high quality rendering of clinical volumetric medical data. Our technique is inspired by a illustration depicting contextual close-up views selected regions interest where internal anatomical features are rendered in detail. method integrates four important components: decimation original volume interactivity, B-spline subdivision super-resolution rendering, fast gradient quantization feature extraction GPU fragment shaders dependent transfer functions. Examples with CT MRI data demonstrate the capabilities our system.
