摘要: The N-hexane-induced impact on the reproductive system of offspring animals exposed to n-hexane has caused great concern. Pregnant Wistar rats inhaled 500, 2 500 or 12 500 ppm during gestational days 1–20. Clinical characteristics and developmental indices were observed. Ovarian granulosa cells extracted from F1 rats, number follicles was determined in ovarian slices promoter methylation assessed using MeDIP-Chip. Several methods used analyze scanned genes, including Gene Ontology Consortium tools, DAVID Functional Annotation Clustering Tool, hierarchical clustering KEGG pathway analysis. results indicated that live pups/litter ratio significantly lowest group. A significant decrease secondary an increase atresic observed shared demethylated genes higher than methylated differentially enriched cell death apoptosis, growth hormone regulation. profiles control groups different those 2500 groups. Furthermore, status PI3K-Akt NF-kappa B signaling pathways changed after exposure.
