摘要: The purpose of this study is to shed light on some important factors that allow the strong development one cyanobacteria, Microcystis aeruginosa, in a man-made lake (Villerest, Loire, France). A numerical 1D-vertical model phytoplanktonic succession has been developed. It allows us simulate temporal and spatial variations concentration main species relation vertical mixing processes reservoir. Our results show buoyancy regulation M. aeruginosa major factor its dominance lake, at least when water column well stratified.
