摘要: Genetically modified mice comprising a nucleic acid sequence encoding human M-CSF protein are provided. Also provided genetically that have been engrafted with cells such as hematopoietic cells, and methods for making mice. These find use in number of applications, modeling immune disease pathogen infection; vivo screens agents modulate cell development and/or activity, e.g. healthy or diseased state; toxic to cells; prevent against, mitigate, reverse the effects on from an individual predict responsiveness therapy, etc.
