摘要: Lipofilling or lipografting is a novel and promising treatment method for reduction prevention of dermal scars after injury. Ample anecdotal evidence from case reports supports the scar-reducing properties adipose tissue grafts. However, only few properly controlled designed clinical trials have been conducted thus far on this topic. Also, underlying mechanism by which lipofilling improves scar aspect reduces neuropathic pain remains largely undiscovered. Adipose-derived stromal stem cells (ADSC) are often described to be responsible therapeutic effect lipofilling. We review recent literature discuss anticipated mechanisms that govern anti-scarring capacity its ADSC. Both animal studies clearly demonstrated ADSC influence processes associated with wound healing, including extracellular matrix remodelling, angiogenesis modulation inflammation in scars. randomized trials, providing sufficient level and/or as an treatment, lacking yet warranted near future. © 2017 The Authors Journal Tissue Engineering Regenerative Medicine Published John Wiley & Sons Ltd.
