摘要: The photoluminescence (PL) of Si nanocrystals (Si-nc) embedded in fused silica has been investigated under simultaneous excitations by laser and low energy proton beam. Ionodegradation the sample, characterized a rapid decrease spectral blueshift PL emission observed. These effects are associated with creation non-radiative centers Si-nc. Micro-Raman spectroscopy analysis shows that beam not changed average size Si-nc, but disturbed fraction Si-Si bonds inside which is consistent both simulations direct measurements. A post-annealing performed at 400 °C for 1 h can restore structural properties only part their nominal intensity recovered.
