F centers in LiF: A nuclear magnetic resonance study

摘要: Ionizing radiation like γ-rays, electrons, or swift heavy ions create a variety of point defects in dielectric materials. The largest fraction the consists paramagnetic F centers. Here, we study those centers LiF by nuclear magnetic resonance. Nuclear spin relaxation (T 1 ) measurements serve as probe for offering possibility to investigate their dynamics function temperature and irradiation dose. Moreover, one is able estimate content from T -data over wide range concentration. We further observed analyzed annealing occurring at temperatures above 360 K.
