摘要: Because the etiology and pathogenesis of scleroderma are largely speculative, effective therapy is not available for this debilitating condition its variants. This article reviews current concepts in suggests a unifying hypothesis involving generation free radicals. The role specific radical scavengers should be tested both vitro clinical trials patients with scleroderma.
