摘要: We develop a novel Lagrangian reference frame diffeomorphic image and landmark registration method. The algorithm uses the fixed Langrangian to define map between coordinate systems, but also generates stores inverse from Eulerian frame. Computing both maps allows facile computation of quantities. apply this estimating putative evolutionary change coordinates population chimpanzee human cortices. Inter-species functional homologues fix explicitly, where they are known, while similarities guide alignment elsewhere. This detailed study volumetric chimp cortex.
